Tim Habben
President
Tim has more than 3 decades of management experience, concentrating on architectural projects for educational institutions throughout the region. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen understanding of the unique demands that face school officials responsible for delivering modern facilities within ever-decreasing budgets.
After working with founder Luis Acosta for 14 years, Tim purchased and rebranded the firm as LOA Architecture. He is committed to discovering and implementing innovative solutions to modern architectural challenges, while maintaining the firm’s reputation of providing professional-quality services, on time, and on budget.

Gregg Allen
Project Architect, LEED AP
As Project Architect Gregg has more than 25 years of architectural experience, including work in the U.S. and overseas. He has been involved in large-scale government, commercial, institutional, correctional, and educational facilities, as well as single- and multi-family residential projects.
Recently he has concentrated on aircraft maintenance, warehouse, storage, communication, vehicle maintenance, and general office facilities.
Gregg is involved in all aspects of the architectural practice including project management, planning, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Ann Dang
Job Captain Designer
During her undergraduate studies, Ann has been involved in multiple design organizations including AIAS (The American Institute of Architecture Students) which sparked her passion for leadership and involvement in the design field. Other experiences include studying abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark for a semester, and hosting a panel discussion in Seattle on race & gender equality in architecture.
Ann plans to attend graduate school in the next few years and eventually become a licensed architect. Some of the LOA projects that Ann has been involved with consists of the Paul Sandoval Campus buildings, Aurora Public Schools Security Vestibules, and Horizon High School renovations.
