Designed for Denver International Airport, this facility provides chilled water and heated water along with an energy management control system for the terminal building, AGTS (Automated Guideway Transit System) tunnel and concourses. Site restrictions forced the building below grade, exposing only the ten cooling towers.

The main floor level of the building is located 40 feet below grade and houses all chillers, boilers and support equipment.
