Laredo was a mechanical renovation consisting of:
- An update to the boiler room
- New gas-fired kitchen makeup air unit and a new kitchen grease hood exhaust fan and existing extinguishing system
- Six constant volume, DX cooling packaged rooftop units
- Insulated heating hot water supply and return piping
In addition, LOA Architecture oversaw the removal and replacement of all windows, louvers and exterior doors. The existing Library/Media Center was relocated to the current Auditorium space. The Computer Lab was then relocated to the vacated Library/Media Center. Site work included minor circulation change to the existing parking lot.
