In collaboration with GTC, LOA Architecture designed and constructed a new addition at Stober Elementary school in Lakewood. This addition includes 4 classrooms, a music room and restrooms. The design included an outdoor classroom to the north of the addition that can also be used as an amphitheater.
On August 14th, a ribbon cutting was held for the two-story addition which is east of the current Stober Elementary school. The guests of honor included: Anne DiCola, school Principal; Lynn Torr, Community Superintendent; Mary Parker, Jeffco School Board President and Tim Reed, Executive Director, Facilities and Construction Management.
The addition incorporated students from Vivian Elementary, which recently closed.
